Our residents aren’t all the same, so their homes shouldn’t be either.We are seeking a seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Revenue Account to join our Accounting Team.

Milestone Retirement Communities, LLC operates over 40 Senior Living communities across the U.S.

offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Services.The Revenue Accountant is responsible for the monthly revenue functions of the assigned properties to preserve and increase the value and accuracy of each property.

The Revenue Accountant will work independently and with teammates to manage and resolve revenue issues under the general directions of the Revenue Manager.Full-Time Revenue Accountant!$18.00-$20.00 an Hour *DOEExperience in Yardi Software a Plus!*Remote*Essential Functions:+ Knowledge of general accounting principles+ Experience in property management accounting a plus+ Exhibit professional attitude at all times and demonstrate a customer service response to internal and external customers.+ Provide a positive, productive relationship with communities and account team.

Maintain customer service standards and responds clearly and in a timely manner.

Follow through to ensure all needs have been met+ Audit, attention to detail is a must.

Process each communities billing, move in/out, census, agings and refunds weekly in preparation for a very aggressive month end close.+ Manage inter-company reports and communications to Communities, Operations and GL Accountants.+ Perform reconciliations of account receivables and collections.+ Strong Excel skills with understanding of formulas and comfortable working in large spreadsheets.Qualifications:+ Experience in property management accounting+ Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets+ Employment subject to background check and drug screen+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required+ Yardi Experience strongly preferredIf you meet these qualifications and are interested in a challenging opportunity within a collaborative team environment…we want to talk to you!
