– Scan and conceive Ad Hoc financial reportsnn nn nn nn
– Provide assistance to the accounting team during the closing process to make certain deadlines are metnn nn nn nn
– Pitch in to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecastingnn nn nn nn
– Specify and generate process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiencynn nn nn nn
– Create accountability and the meeting of deliverablesnn nn nn nn
– Contribute to ensure a competent, trained staff through development, goal setting, and regular assessmentnn nn nn nn
– Well-developed preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end auditsnn nn nn nn
– Guarantee regular account reconciliation to completionnn nn nn nn
– Backfill for Controller as providednn nn nn nn
– Additional duties as assignednn nn nn nn
– Endorse implementation and confirm adherence to accounting policies and proceduresnn nn nn nn
– Come up with relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like key financial metrics, the monthly flash report, and actual spend against budgets/outlooknn nn nn nn

– Ability to multitask effectively
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
– 7+ years of general ledger accounting experience
– Strong technical background in public accounting (GAAP)
– Experience with cost accounting
– Intercompany Transaction experience required
– Comprehensive knowledge of Internal Financial Reporting
– Foundational knowledge in month end closings
– Strong familiarity with Consolidated Financial Statements
– CPA certification a plus
– Accomplished in analytical, quantitative and social skills
– Considerable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
