Corporate Legal Counsel Director, M&A and Finance
Job Description:
Arrow (www.arrow.com) has an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Legal Counsel Director, M&A and Finance in our Denver Headquarters or remote. This position will primarily lead and manage the legal aspects of complex corporate transactions, including global M&A and financing transactions. Additionally, this position will support Arrow’s corporate governance and public company reporting functions, as well as handle other corporate legal and transactional matters. The successful candidate will be a pragmatic individual with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a strategic view on problem solving, high ethical standards, and strong business acumen, who thrives in a fast-paced growth and results oriented environment.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$145,800.00 – $288,750.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building)
Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
