Accounting Sales and assistant to CEO *proof of vaccine required

Sound Bookkeepers is Seattle’s premiere bookkeeping service.

Demand is high for our particular method of small business bookkeeping.

We are hiring someone to help with new inquiries we are receiving by phone and email plus assist the sales team and creating and sending contracts.

This is a Full Time, in-person position in Shoreline, WA.

You must show proof of vaccination to be considered for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Using Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, Docusign, and our internal client management software.

Creating client agreements Updating data in our client management software Helping with various phone calling, tallying of receipts into a spreadsheet, categorizing transactions using downloaded bank data
Skills needed:
Be able to do accurate mental math, use Excel including functions, shortcuts, and preferably pivot tables.

Reading comprehension and problem solving.

Much of the contact we have with clients is by email.

You will need to read an email, figure out what is being asked, and prepare a reply.

You will take handwritten notes from the sales people and use these notes to create a client agreement using our template.

Pleasing phone voice and ability to communicate by phone with clients and prospects.

We offer an hourly base plus commission on some of the opportunities.

You must have your own transportation, insurance, and a clean driving record plus a neat and clean appearance, as we mostly deal with professionals including accountants, lawyers, restaurateurs, and general contractors.

Pay: From $23.50 per hour
