Technical Accounting Director (SPAC)
Compensation:$90/hour and up
Location:Remote
Duration:Immediate Start (3-4 month projects)
We have multiple projects for clients seeking assistance with IPO Readiness/SPAC projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with the following:
- Strong technical accounting experience andexperience writing technical white papers
- SEC Reporting experience
- Public Accounting experience/External Audit/Audit Readiness
- IPO/SPAC experience
