ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER Professional Services We are looking to add someone to our team who will play a lead role in finance, accounting, systems and related areas for a variety of companies.

We are a small firm providing Chief Financial Officer perspective, expertise, and results.

The successful candidate will have experience in entrepreneurial and mid-sized corporate environments.

A blend of professional-service and corporate experience is a plus.

You are a successful accounting or finance professional , at a small to mid-sized corporation or a professional services firm with 5 years of experience, looking for increased job satisfaction, greater control of your career, or a change in environment (such as less travel, less politics, etc…).

You have more to learn and further to grow, the energy and drive to do so, and are looking for the path to that future.

You accept responsibility and have experience making decisions.

Responsibilities & Experience Include: Financial statement preparation Financial analysis Creating multi-year financial models Contracts review and / or drafting Research and summarize accounting, equity and tax topics Drafting policies & procedures Conceiving creative solutions to business issues Work with banks and investors to obtain or maintain financing Execute special projects (non-routine) as required Board Level Acumen: Create effective Board-level PowerPoint presentations Advice and research across the full-range of HR requirements Effectively work with staff, peers, executive management, lawyers, etc.

and…not hesitant to do detail work when required Skill-set Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance or equivalent CPA preferred though not required 5 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of the importance of customer service Basic understanding of tax concepts and compliance Comfortable learning new software and systems Experienced creating and streamlining processes and procedures Basic writing skills A blend of professional service and corporate experience a plus If you are interested in flexibility, growth, leadership and variety in your career, please apply.
