Title: Finance Manager

Salary/Benefit: salary + bonus (3 weeks PTO)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with client invoicing including drafting, review, and sending invoices to clients
• Assist with preparing securities monthly invoices for project team
• Special focus on billable time detail, prepare invoice with strict adherence to contract for high profile matter
• Oversee reporting of billing contracts with federal agencies, performing internal reporting including invoicing, work in progress, work authorizations, and profit and loss for each matter.
• Working with operations to provide project revenue figures for court documents
• Assist operations with preparing estimates of future work for budgeting as well as managing project budget and client expectations
• Coordinate with operations and perform follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives relating to improvement of process workflow

Job Requirements:

• BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Strong attention to detail
• 5 years prior experience in finance/accounting related position
• Accounting/GAAP Knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access)
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent Communication skills
