A locally operated nonprofit housing organization in the north Kitsap area is seeking a part time Finance Manager to work with the Executive Director and Finance Committee to manage accounting functions, grant compliance, and other financial activities.Primary Responsibilities:Assist with budget developmentPrepare records and reports for year-end audit; perform pre-auditsBenefits administration Prepare financial reportsReconcile G/L, subsidiary ledgers, and checking accountsSupervise accounting staffQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field5 years of experience in accounting or financeExperience in employee relations and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from all socio-economic backgroundsThorough knowledge of GAAPProficiency with Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office 365Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and technical skillsEEO & COVID-19 Workplace Safety Statement: We value what you bring to the workplace.
