Job duties of the Financial Account Administrator:
The Accounts Administrator is primarily responsible for managing the company’s US bank accounts including the master clearing account and individual client operating accounts.
This includes administering all client-related transactions, check writing, and record-keeping of the same.
This position is responsible for maintaining internal client account information Report regularly on all fiduciary account activity Other Operations Department support and administrative tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications of the Account Administrator:
Prior experience in banking, accounting, or finance work a plus Compassionate and motivated individual with exceptional communication skills Desire to learn and grow within a company Experience in non-profit or social service work a plus
