Hybrid Bookkeeper – Staff Accountant Washington

Daisy Creek Accounting Solutions is looking for a part-time hybrid Bookkeeper-Staff Accountant that could possibly become full- time within the next year. 5 years of experience in the industry a must. Would love to find a candidate who has done it all from nuts and bolts to end product.Job Responsibilities will include:Working on Multi-Client AccountsBookkeeping entries (Entering Payables and Receivables and attaching backup to every transaction)Payroll entry into Payroll Service but must know what the output should be and be able to reconcile it.Month End reconciliations of Balance Sheet AccountsFinancial Statements PrepYear End Review and ReconciliationsReport Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly State and Federal taxes for revenue and payroll.Year End W2 and 1099Experience with:Quickbooks Online/Quickbooks DesktopMicrosoft Office Products to include Office 365, One Drive and TeamsGoogle Products to include Sheets, Docs, Meets, DriveDropbox/Zoom/Team ViewerIdeal Traits:Computer Savvy with a will to research and look into new and upcoming technology to make the company and our client’s companies more efficient.Must be outgoing for client relations, okay with picking up the phone, video conferencing and troubleshooting fire drills with a smile. The ideal Candidate will have an entrepreneur mindset.Work Location: This is a work from home opportunity, however, I request that you be in the North Kitsap Area to be able to meet regularly, pick up client documentation if needed and to visit clients that do not do video conferencing.Construction, Retail and Non Profit experience very helpful
