Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, LandsJob DescriptionSenior Digital Marketing Specialist – Lands**Job Description:** CoStar’s Land.com Network division is currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

This position will focus on buying, optimizing and managing performance-based paid search, paid social, display and retargeting efforts.

The ideal candidate will combine creativity, general marketing know-how, and proven analytical skills, with expertise in advertising platforms and technologies such as Google, Microsoft, and DSPs.

He/she will have the skills and experience to develop and test digital media campaigns with specific performance-based objectives and expand them into large scale campaigns and will bring expert knowledge of digital media campaign design, testing, optimization across multiple online channels.

The role also requires an experienced professional who is metrics driven and focused on ROI.

The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager as well as expertise in analyzing large volumes of data and making key business decisions in a dynamic environment.

He/she will ensure data accuracy and provide consistent reporting that interprets key findings and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.**Responsibilities** :+ Manage multiple paid search campaigns for our network of brands in Google & Bing.+ Oversee a multi-million dollar paid media budget.+ Manage display & programmatic campaigns through a Demand Side Platform such as DV360+ Leverage retargeting platforms to drive cost efficient traffic and leads.+ Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with paid media partners.+ Work cross functionally with product, technology, sales and marketing teams to create and implement integrated campaigns and processes that deliver on business goals.+ Successfully achieve key traffic, lead generation, eCommerce, and other performance metrics through development and implementation of segmentation, targeting and creative optimization strategies.+ Build dashboards and provide regular reporting on digital marketing and website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant web analytics tools that analyze business functions, including KPIs on site traffic, lead generation, customer journey, e-commerce revenue, and make timely recommendations to management.+ Manage paid advertising tracking tag configuration using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate visibility into funnels, calls to actions and events.+ Prospect new publisher and media buying opportunities.**Experience** :+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent+ 4+ years online marketing experience in managing large-scale budgets and performance based online media creation, traffic, tagging, analytics, reporting, and optimization+ Prior management of an online media program+ Prior experience with retargeting and paid social**Skills/Qualifications** **:** + Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads+ Google Marketing Platform, including Search Ads 360, Data Studio, and Display & Video 360+ Experience working on Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)+ Strong knowledge of website analytics required; Google Analytics experience strongly preferred+ Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills+ Excellent analytical skills; Advanced Excel skill, strongly preferredCoStar Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testingFounded in 1987, CoStar Group, Inc.
