Sr Analyst, Finance – Business Analysis

The Sr Financial Analyst will support the strategic, operational and financial alignment required for integrated planning across all supported Departments/Business Units. The Sr Financial Analyst will assist in connecting long-term planning to operational execution to enable short and long-term performance and accountability, provide guidance to leadership on the financial trajectory and operational drivers behind the plans and prepare reports on major opportunities and risks in medium and short term, including communicating recommendations to senior management. Open to Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS. • At least 18 years of age.• Legally authorized to work in the United States.• High School Diploma or GED.• Pre-employment background screen. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering / IT 4-7 years Finance, Planning, Strategy, and Project Management experience Proficient in Office suite including Excel & PowerPoint Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Shown ability to work across departments and develop positive relationships Wireless Telecom or equivalent experience Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic and critical thinking, relationship building & influencing, and results focus. This role requires strong communication skills necessary to drive cross-functional collaboration and comfortable in fast-paced environment. Support the coordination of stakeholders in Business Units/Operations, Strategy and Finance to drive integrated planning and connection of long-term planning to operational execution across all supported Departments/Business Units Assist in articulating plans for all supported Departments/Business Units and synthesizing integrated planning for executive audience Assist in identifying variances, trajectory changes and underlying causes, opportunities, and risks in the medium and short-term. Prepare reports on major insights and recommendations.
