Sr Analyst, Finance – Quotas This position is responsible for delivering sales quota to the T-Mobile for Business channels using an established quota setting model. The position also assists in all phases of quality assurance of quota accuracy, and continuously improving the delivery process. This role develops reports and provides them to all levels of sales Leadership (primarily to Sr. Manager and Sr. Director/Vice President-level business owners.) • At least 18 years of age.• Legally authorized to work in the United States.• Bachelor’s degree • Pre-employment background screen. Ability to learn and gain working knowledge of T-Mobile’s business metrics and systems to gauge, prioritize, and establish Quota recommendations. Ability to independently use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions to quota problems or asks from sales field. Ability to translate complex business strategies into solid implementation plans that drive results Possesses advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail Solid understanding of business process and system process within multiple knowledge areas Excellent written and communication skills; effectively communication with all employee levels and levels of management. Demonstrated track record of strong consulting skills in business operations and experience working with organizations to make effective decisions. Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables Must be proficient and have experience using SQL, MS Office (Excel, Work, PowerPoint), VBA Desired: Proven project management skills Experienced with SharePoint Telecommunications industry experience Education: Bachelors Degree required Through use of various data analysis techniques, partner with internal organizations (Finance, Sales, etc.) to help generate top level sales quotas. Develop, maintain and refine Excel and SQL based models based on established methodology, for use in quota allocation. Build, maintain and enhance forward-facing Excel-based tools for use by leaders to view, analyze and modify information. Partner with teams to translate sales quota into revenue targets. Lead quality assurance testing of models and deliverables. Maintain process documentation that accurately documents the various quota methodologies. Act as internal expert on process and procedures regarding quota process. Serve as Lead on projects that require project requirements gathering, documentation, reporting, financial exposure and consolidation. Uphold channel/division operational standards and ensure communication to all impacted groups Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
