And during the monthly close, your responsibilities will also cover various aspects of internal reporting.

– Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as needednn nn
– Take part the in implementation and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with GAAPnn nn
– Create monthly statement analysis to be used for management reportingsnn nn
– Carry out fixed asset ledger, depreciation, and reconciliationnn nn
– Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations including but not limited to cash, prepaid expenses and payrollnn nn
– Manage capital lease and monthly payment schedulesnn nn
– Execute month end close, journal entries, with little supervisionnn nn
– Play a role in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparationnn nn
– Participate in various department-wide initiativesnn nn
– Commentate on a wide variety of financial data and communicate it in a useful and understandable mannernn n n Job Requirements: n nnExperience:nn nn nn nn
– Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environmentnn nn
– BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economicsnn nn

– Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skillsnn nn
– Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlinesnn nn
