Accountemps is looking for an Sr. Accounts Receivable Accountant for temp-to-hire opportunity in the Tacoma Area. This role will oversee all A/R functions from start to finish. Duties include completing sending out invoices to tracking past due accounts. Looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience. • Tracks payment disputes until collected • Call on past due accounts and track payments • Ability to maintain customer relationships as well as collect on past due amounts • B2B Collection’s • Track aging reports and escalates accounts when needed • Create invoices statements for clients and mail out • Reconciles A/R to the GL • Prepares and posts all JE’s • Process cash and credit card transactions • Creates debit/credit memos for any accounts • Strong 10 Key
Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) or equivalent combination of Associate Degree (A.A.) preferred • Familiar with GAAP • Strong problem solving and analysis skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Experience in a large size ERP System • Must be detail oriented
