Project Coordinator II – Environmental Services Washington

Overview:Responsible for managing and/or coordinating work efforts of numerous projects within the Environmental Service Department. Exercises judgment to reflect executive’s style and company policy, mission and values. Responsibilities include the organization, prioritization and coordination of a high volume of work including highly confidential information. Functions as a general project assistant, assisting the Directors and SCM leadership teams by overseeing/tracking project plans and milestones, resource utilization and timelines, and effectively communicating areas of variance or opportunity to leadership.RequirementsRequired Education/Experience: – High School Diploma or equivalent – Minimum of two (2) years experience in coordinating workflow, methods and procedures reliant on project management techniques and applications – Demonstrated experience in drafting, editing and creating written communications and/or reports Required Credentials: – N/A Preferred: – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Health Care Management, Business Management, or related field – Five (5) years increasingly responsible experience coordinating work flow, data and information tracking, project management, and working with executive staffOur Commitment to DiversityOur community welcomes diverse experiences, backgrounds, and thoughts as this is what drives our spirit of inquiry and allows us to better connect with our increasingly diverse patients and families.
