This position coordinates the day-to-day activities of a patient financial services team, including scheduling and staffing, ensuring acurate and timely revenue cycle activities such as billing, payment posting, account follow up, resolution of patient complaints, staff development on new regulations and serving as liaison to clinical departments and outside vendors.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.A strong ability to identify, interpret, problem solve, make decisions and be a technical troubleshooter.

A working knowledge of medical terminology.CPT and ICD-9 codes.Third-party payors and self pay regulations.Demonstrated excellent communication skills.Attention to detail.Strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work flow and work independently.Teamwork and leadership skills.
