Admin/Clerical – Administrative Assistant

Should demonstrate resourcefulness and a desire to learn.
Professional demeanor and intermediate software skills (Word, Excel) are required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering multi-line phone, preparing outgoing courier and overnight packages, coordinate mailings, maintaining files/filing, taking inventory and placing orders, preparing correspondence, and providing overall administrative support.

Ability to send out emails Welcoming personality, as this individual will be the face of client Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multi task Role will include processing check and credit card payments Closing of truck manifest daily Reconciliation of credit card payments daily Filing and maintaining filing system daily Ability to use a lamination machine Role also includes mail sorting Ability to use basic computer functions (scanner, PC, email, etc.)
