PAP MACHINERY, INC. AGRICULTURE & TURF DIVISION TEKOA, WADEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Position will serve as the primary assistant for all departments at the branch. This is a position that will work seasonal hours and is eligible for full benefits. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Establish and maintain customer relationships.Taking customer payments (cash, check, credit cards).Reconciliation of cash / credit card reports.Prepare bank deposits.Responsible for AR/AP invoices, inquiries, and coding for store.Aiding all departments with correspondence, filing, ordering office supplies and daily mail distribution.Perform all other duties as assigned.Seeking a self-starter that works well in a team.
