Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Rep

Growing small family owned business on the Eastside, is looking for a motivated, qualified new office member. We operate a small, laid back office that is currently in the process of being moved/upgraded. We are all passionate about the company and the work we provide, and are looking for long-term individuals to come aboard to help facilitate growth/expansion by assisting us with various admin/secretarial/office responsibilities. Basic responsibilities will include: Communicating with customers (both answering new customer calls, as well as follow-up calls to current customers), help with filing, invoicing, managing database, office organization, assistance with scheduling, email follow-ups with customers, managing customer correspondence, replying to inquiries, etc. Requirements: -Basic knowledge of QB recommended-Knowledge of basic word/excel functions for online document collaborations-Ability to learn industry-specific CRM software-Must have excellent communication skills on the phone. Personable, friendly, service oriented communication experience.-Experience in telephone based customer service recommended-Long-term mentality preferred-Full time commitment We are only currently looking to fill one position.
