Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: * First line of communication for customer inquiries and support, both by phone and email* Working within the Microsoft Suite, including extensive work in MS Excel* Ensuring that confidential conversations and information is handled correctly and immediately* Other duties as required by the job Administrative Assistant Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma required* 2+ years of experience working in an Administrative or Customer Support position* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs* Strong working experience in Microsoft Excel required Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Wage: $16.00/HR Why Choose Atlas Staffing?
