In this position you will:
Draft and type letters, emails, memos, directives, reports and meeting minutes.Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangementsAnswer telephone calls, take accurate messages, direct and screen calls as appropriate.Handle incoming communication (emails, letters, etc.) quickly and efficiently sorting and directing to the appropriate person/place.Proactively inform leadership of all issues as they arise while providing effective solutions to potential problems.Act as liaison between the Director(s), PMG managers, employees, physicians, patients and patients’ families.Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including patients/families/members, employees, managers, medical staff, volunteers and community members.Adhere to established company compliance, policies, procedures and protocols.
Required qualifications for this position include:
2 years administrative support experienceComputer competency with Microsoft operating systems and Windows based applications, including Excel and WordProfessional and technical writing and correspondence skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Healthcare experienceProficiency with Excel spreadsheets; creation, maintenance and graphing
