Supervisor, Administrative Operations

Seattle Childrens Hospital

This is a Full-time position in Seattle, WA posted July 19, 2021.

Overview:The Supervisor, Administrative Operations will provide executive level administative support to the Division Chief and the leadership team; manage all administrative assistance and oversight for all division related business; have resposibility for managing and planning all division meetings; manage and lead all internal and external division related communications; keep division marketing and public-facing materials and commuincations up to date; lead and manage promotions process and annual review process for all faculty; supervise division’s fellowship directors, manage implementation of Department and Division and SCRI policies, and manage recruitment process for the division, in partnership with SCRI and other sites.RequirementsRequired Education/Experience: – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Project Management, Human Services or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. – Responsible experience supporting professional staff in healthcare or social science field, preferably in a regulatory environment, performing a combination of the following: drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports, project management/coordination in a team environment, data analysis and data entry. – Minimum of three years progressively responsible leadership experience in financial and program management. – Experience in analyzing, interpreting data to create, develop and integrate information into presentations and visual systems Required Credentials: -N/A Preferred: – Experience using information collection management systems. – Experience in management /coordination in a team environment, data analysis, and data entry. – Experience working in a hospital or health care environment. – Experience working on process improvement projects. – Experience in an academic health care setting or related field.Please note: This position will be 100% onsite once Children’s returns to work.Our Commitment to DiversityOur community welcomes diverse experiences, backgrounds, and thoughts as this is what drives our spirit of inquiry and allows us to better connect with our increasingly diverse patients and families.
