Allan Brothers is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Specialist to join our team!

Employees are encouraged to develop their abilities on the job through peer mentorship and to contribute to the positive, team-oriented innovation that has served to build Allan Brothers into what it is today.Reporting to HR Administrator, the Administrative Specialist facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

The Human Resources Specialist must have strong written and oral communication skills (both English and Spanish) with experience in training and presenting to large groups.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The essential functions listed below are not intended to reflect all duties that may be assigned to this position.

Allan Brothers may augment duties, including essential functions, at its discretion.)
· Assists Human Resources Administrator with confirming accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintained in the HRIS systems and databases.
· Performs group data updates, exports and imports, clean-ups and reviews reports for data discrepancies.
· Assists Benefits Administrator with translation as needed during employee conversations with employee benefit programs such as group insurance, life, medical, vision and dental, accident and disability, insurance, COBRA, FMLA, PFML 401(k) etc.

This includes employee meetings.
· Maintains and completes garnishments and direct deposit information into HRIS systems.
· Provide support to both HR Departments as needed.
· Provides administrative support such as preparing and composing confidential correspondence, receiving, and screening telephone calls.
· Provides assistance and supports others on difficult assignments and/or problems as directed.
· Additional job duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY: KNOWLEDGE OF:
· Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
· Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration in assigned area.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
