POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for general administrative duties within Consumer Lending Department. POSITION HOURS Full time ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Promote positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to customers and co-workers. Embraces 1SB Core Values and lead by example.Know the 1st app process as it relates to dealers.Review and monitor all pending funding packets. Check status and alert dealers of what is needed in-order for the deal to get funded.Send out loan documents(extension/consolidations) when necessary.ID info captured after the application is submitted. Reach out to the dealer/customer to clear the ID info issue.Field call/questions from dealers regarding 1st App. “What’s next”Prepare reports for dealers for deal trackingUser access assistanceExpedite deals through the funding processAssumes responsibility for other duties as required or assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School DiplomaEffective verbal and written communication. Good time management.Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license.Experience with Consumer loans and the lending process is a plus COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be well-skilled in Microsoft Office Products, have 45+ WPM typing speed.
