Upscale, Luxury Boutique Day Spa in the Madison Valley looking for front desk staff.Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience in a spa settingJob duties include, but not limited to:~checking in/out guests on POS (service and product sales)~opening/closing day spa (timeliness is a virtue) including register~representing front of house (friendly, welcoming, well groomed, well spoken, prompt and attentive)~light housekeeping (coffee/tea service, front of house maintenance)~schedule/book appointments for technicians on duty~comfortable with confirming next day’s appointments via phone~process cash, credit card and gift card payments accurately~team player, willingness to be flexible~room for advancementSalon Biz or similar spa POS experience a plus!Qualified candidates please forward your resume and references for consideration.Job Type: Part-timeEducation:* High school or equivalent (Required)
