ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform administrative duties. Coordinate projects and events as directed. Format, type, and distribute correspondence such as letters, flyers, etc. and information as requested. Responsible to coordinate meeting room schedules. Formats and types meeting minutes for executive team. Member of the employee events team.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative assistant in the healthcare field. Excellent communication, collaboration and problem resolution skills. High school diploma or equivalent required with business office training, prefer Associate degree or equivalent.
Ability to use office equipment and automated systems/applications. software at a high level of proficiency including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other office software. Written and verbal skills necessary for effective communication. Ability to be flexible to meet the multi-dynamic needs of the executive team. Possess ability to accept direction and work with others toward shared goals, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.
