Robert Half OfficeTeam is actively looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to work at one of Vancouver’s most dynamic and respected companies. The role is crucial to the company’s success, as you will be the first point of contact at the office, handling everything from greeting guests to answering phones. The ideal candidate will have multi-line phone experience, excellent computer skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. How you will make an impact:

Greet and direct all visitors (vendors, clients and customers)

Ensure completion of paperwork,

Facilitate sign-in and security procedures 

Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from other departments

Answer a multi-line phone

Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail

File, print, scan, and fax documents
