Behavioral Health Receptionist/Financial Specialist – Posting #21472

Position Summary:

Sea Mar Behavioral Health’s Program at Fourth Plain in Vancouver (formerly known as CSNW) is seeking a Full-time Receptionist/Financial Specialist to join its team. In this position you will help with coverage at multiple Sea Mar CSNW sites in Clark County and may include working in different offices in a single day. The duties split between front desk and financial specialist roles will vary form day-to-day depending on the needs of several offices that are part of the same agency but that all have their differing needs and workflows. 

Candidates must have good office, interpersonal, and reasoning skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, front desk reception, answering phones, registering clients, data entry, financial screening and some patient account management in coordination with the financial specialist.

Qualifications and or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree or two years of closely related work experience required.
• Work experience may be substituted for degree.
• Computer proficiency required i.e. Microsoft Windows.
