Safety Administrative Assistant

The Role Reporting to the EHS Manager you will be proving exemplary customer service to our clients. As part of your specific responsibilities, in the following areas, you will: Provide administrative support to the members of the Safety Department Support department meetings (pre-read materials, schedule, food, AV support, minutes) Maintain and post department schedules/calendar and other information Format, prepare, and issue Safety Policies and Procedures (technical content provided by team members and publication coordinated with other departments) Support Training Programs (format presentation and other materials, schedule, order food and other supplies, AV Support, attendance tracking) Maintain breakroom, conference rooms, copiers, and other department equipment (order supplies, schedule maintenance, refill toner, etc.) Filing and Records Management Act as point of contact (reception) for Safety Department Engage with employees, contractors, visitors Direct questions to appropriate team members Manage multiple programs Ergonomics (conduct assessments, maintain records, support furniture orders) Maintain Databases (processing entry, action item communication, report progress) Personal Exposure Monitors (assign new, monitor data, generate reports) The Opportunity Safety Admin at a Growth-Oriented Energy Company Provide administrative support to the members of the Safety Department Support department meetings (pre-read materials, schedule, food, AV support, minutes) Maintain and post department schedules/calendar and other information Format, prepare, and issue Safety Policies and Procedures (technical content provided by team members and publication coordinated with other departments) Support Training Programs (format presentation and other materials, schedule, order food and other supplies, AV Support, attendance tracking) Maintain breakroom, conference rooms, copiers, and other department equipment (order supplies, schedule maintenance, refill toner, etc.) Filing and Records Management The Requirements To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
