Salon Receptionist/Assistant

Ascend Nail Lounge is currently accepting applications for a qualified Salon Receptionist.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, friendliness, sophistication, and confidence.

The Salon Receptionist will oversee the daily operation of the nail salon to ensure we exceed our clients’ expectations.

You will act as the first point of contact for clients who visit our salon or contact us to learn about our beauty services.

You will be a vital partner in the management of our upscale nail salon, focusing on building friendly, trusting relationships with clients and ensuring front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments; Answer incoming calls, emails and other inquiries; Inform clients about new services and discounts; Offer beverages to the clients; Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts; Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area; Report to the Salon Manager;
Qualifications
18 years of age or older; Loves beauty and style; Great attitude and work ethic; Takes ownership and gets passionate about their job; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Works quickly and well under pressure; Customer service experience in difficult situations; Previous experience with a booking software is a plus; High School Diploma or relevant previous experience;
