Overview: Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazines 100 Best Companies to Work For, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the corporate Legal team in our Raleigh, NC headquarters.We are looking for a driven, professional, organized administrative assistant to support our Legal team.

Responsibilities: Support in-house attorneysMaintain state and municipal professional and business licenses for the companyProcess invoices from outside counsel for paymentAssist in managing corporate structure and entitiesOther dutiesinclude, but are not limited to, performing general administrative duties such as scheduling, coordinating travel, mailing, scanning, filing, materials fulfillment, and rotational front desk coverage as needed Qualifications: Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities with a sense of urgencyAbility to respond quickly and efficiently to requests for assistanceHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to learn new tasks and/or software programs quicklyStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsPositive and client-orientedAbility to effectively partner with team members and other administrative staffPreferred Experience:1 year of related administrative experienceOffice hours are 7:30am
– 5:30pm Monday
– Thursday and 7:30am
