Weekend Receptionist

Pacifica Senior Living Stone Creek is looking for an energetic, Front-Desk Receptionist to join our team!

The Schedule for this Position is Saturday and Sunday 2:00PM-8:00PM Responsibilities * Welcome residents and families upon entrance* Act as the point of reference for residents and families who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements* Understand residents and families needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel* Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations for our residents and families* Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc.

upon request from residents and families* Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls* Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution for residents and families Skills * Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage* Proficiency in English; bilingual is a plus* Excellent communication skills* Polite and confident with a great deal of patience* Ability in multitasking and time-management* Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation* High school diploma; degree in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus *All employees are required to complete a DOJ background check and company policy drug screen* Job Type: Part-time Schedule: * Day shift* Weekend availability Application Question(s): * Can you work Saturday and Sunday, 2-8PM?
