Business is booming in this office and we’re looking for an administrative superstar who can jump in and assist the management team with day-to-day tasks and special projects.

Administrative Assistant
Location: Mount Vernon, WA
Pay rate: $17/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday; day shift (20-25 hours per week, days and times up to you)
Job Duties:
-Answer phones, transfer calls and assist customers with basic inquires
-File documents at the request of management team
-Scan documents into computer system and electronically file
-Purge and shred expired documents as needed
-Update customer records and files with new information
-Enter data into spreadsheets and verify accuracy of existing data
-Schedule appointments for management team
Requirements:
-Three years of administrative and customer service experience
-MS Office proficiency
-Data entry and typing skills
-Punctual and reliable
-Able to manage confidential information
