Anderson Environmental Contracting, LLC (“AEC”), is seeking enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking individual(s) interested in learning more about the construction field. We are a construction firm located in Southwest Washington. DutiesPerform all hands on, physical construction work in the field necessary to complete the project; Carry out multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Follow strict safety protocols; Demonstrate working knowledge of regulatory compliance; Demonstrate excellent communication skills – Ability to read, write and speak fluent English is required. Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Must be able to pass a drug test.Willing to accept and carry out instructions of Site Superintendent.Professional demeanor Physical DemandWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, sit, walk, talk and hear.The ideal candidate may occasionally be required to climb, kneel, crouch or crawl.The ideal candidate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs.Use of personal protection equipment (PPE) as required. Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts or in outside weather conditions. The employee may be exposed to inclement weather, heat, humidity and exposure to dust. This role also requires that a candidate be capable of safely bending, walking, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly, in order to perform safely and efficiently on various jobs. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, dedication to maintaining a safe work environment, and have the ability to follow detailed instructions quickly and efficiently.
