Machine Operator

OperatorWe are looking for a 2nd shift Operator at our Puyallup, WA PolyIso facility. This person will operate or tend machines designed to produce polyisocyanurate insulation products according to exacting quality and manufacturing specifications.Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am at 18.07 per hour (plus $1.00/hour shift differential)$500 Sign On Bonus after the completion of 90 days of employmentUnlimited Coffee – Caffeine fuels some of the best ideas.”People who think like you do and people who don’t make up the best teams.”* Housekeeping of plant inside and out* Attend various meetings to provide input on processing problems and changes to process and equipment* Maintaining 5S checklists* Perform 5S audits and complete TPM checklists* Attend various meetings to provide input on processing problems and changes to process and equipment* Perform equipment PM’s as scheduled and coordinated with maintenance as needed* Manage defective product and stay calm in a fast-paced work environment* Demonstrate the awareness and ability to safely perform all aspects of Lockout/Tagout* Accurately use and read a tape measure to 1/16″; calipers to .001″.* Offline work (sumps, hips, valleys)* Cutting feet* Effectively communicate with others in a clear, accurate and timely manner through the use of written and verbal communications, including the use of 2-way radiosCarlisle Construction Materials (CCM), is a global leader in the building materials industry.
