JLM Strategic Talent Partners is currently seeking a construction Administrative Assistant to join a major construction project in the Mountlake Terrace, WA area. This is a great opportunity to join an industry leader and join a team focused on growth and achieving goals. Ideal candidate would have some relative industry experience and willing to work in office (full time).
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following
- Take appointments via telephone and email request
- Assist other project staff as needed
- File and organize documents as completed or updated
- Perform front desk/reception duties, including interaction with clients, vendors and employees
- Ship/order plans and material samples
- Maintain office equipment
- Maintain office supply inventory
- other duties as assigned
Requirements
We’re Looking for
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Functions effectively as part of a team
- Broad understanding of construction industry
- 2-4 years of related administrative experience preferred
- Construction industry experience preferred
