We are looking for a Bookkeeper with a background in accounting, who is fond of group work and enjoys relating to other people. A short-term temporary-to-full-time position, this Bookkeeper role would be located in the Redmond, Washington region. How you will make an impact

– Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

– Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits

– Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

– Uphold quality historical records by filing documents

– Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

– Oversee and manage general ledger

– Monitor accounts by balancing entries

Job Requirements:
– Prior experience working with accounting software

– Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

– BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

– Microsoft Excel experience

– Accounts Payable (AP) experience

– Sage Timberline Software experience preferred

– Well-founded grasp of payroll

– Sage Timberline experience desired

– Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

– Proven knowledge of Job Cost
