Superintendent/Construction Manager – Single family homes

We are a luxury homebuilder in the Seattle area looking for experienced single family home superintendents!
What You Will Be Doing
Site development Ground up construction Construction of Homes, Customer walk throughs, etc.

Scheduling, Staffing, Cost analysis etc.

Buyout/closeout
What You Need for this Position
3+ Years experience in Site Construction Management with a Single Family Home Builder Extensive Knowledge of Homebuilding/Sales Process Experience with a Large Production Home Builder is a HUGE plus Knowledge of Custom Home Builds another HUGE plus
