Forklift Operator – Warehouse

Columbia Reach Pack is currently looking for responsible and energetic employees who can fill various positions.Working Conditions: This position requires long periods of standing, walking, frequent lifting up to 50 lbs., pulling/pushing objects up to 25 lbs., climbing stairs, grasping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching. Columbia Reach Pack is a 12-month, three-shift facility which can require occasional and seasonal overtime.The position we are currently looking to fill with great employees is:Forklift DriversFull-Time – Day shift and Swing ShiftThis position requires, at a minimum, these essential job functions:Ability to Work a minimum of 40 hours per week with some overtime as neededAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis;Ability to work in a warm or cold environment as needed;Adhere to safe work practices; maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained;Ability to work well with others;Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksReliable, dedicated, and committed with the ability to maintain a regular, punctual attendance.Team player with honest communication, positive attitude and personal accountability is expected.Adhere to all company, safety policies and procedures;Other duties as identified or assigned by your supervisor;Applicants must be at least 18 years old;Evening/Weekend work maybe requiredEnglish/Spanish bilingual preferred.Additional Qualifications/Job Duties for Forklift Drivers — Operate equipment safely- Must have the Forklift driving experience- Must be flexible with working schedule- Supply lines with raw materials- Move and stack materials- Must be able to have mathematical skillsBENEFITS: Medical, HSA, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with discretionary matching, and vacation benefits.If interested, apply in person at 3107 River Road, Yakima, WA 98902, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.Any questions call (509) 965-3641.
