Industrial Assembler

Express in Everett and a Sultan foundry have teamed up to recruit for a Heavy Assembler.

This is a long-term, direct hire position for someone who wants to grow with a long-standing company in the Sky Valley area.

This position requires a high attention detail and a minimum of 6 months or more of recent experience in the manufacturing field, or equivalent.

Heavy Assembly Location: Sultan, WA Pay Rate: Earn up to $17.00 per hour, depending upon experience.

The pay increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 4:00am-2:30pm (hours subject to change).

Overtime on Fridays

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Frequent handling of moderate to heavy components-Must understand and decipher part numbers-Read/recognize assembly parts and their subcomponents by size for application of assembly-Package and label product and perform computer transactions-Pull materials for assembly and put materials away, replenish the bins of parts-Participate in physical inventories-Other duties as assigned How to be successful: -High School degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience-6 months or more of recent experience in manufacturing is preferred-Experience in heavy labor is preferred-Ability to use basic tools and equipment, as well as read a tape measure-Frequent handling of moderate to heavy components-Must understand and decipher part numbers-Read/recognize assembly parts and their subcomponents by size for application of assembly-Ability to stand for the entire shift-Basic math skills-Ability to work in a team environment-Possess effective communication skills, including written and verbal skills Benefits, Perks, and more: -Paid time off-Medical, dental, and vision insurance-HSA (health savings account)-Life insurance-Long and short-term disability insurance-EAP (employment assistance program)-Education reimbursement-Quarterly profit-sharing bonus, up to $1500.00-Year-end bonus -401(k) Program
