Machine Operator – Swing Shift

LAUNCH Industrial is hiring day and swing shift machine operators. Training provided! $16-$17

As a machine operator you will:

Utilize basic hand tools and remove product from molds trimming excess material.

Lift finished materials from molds to tables and into boxes for shipment.

Operate a machine to produce finished goods.

Install arts and assemble finished goods.

Inspect goods for Quality Control.

Keep workstation clean, safe and maintain machine in working condition.

Complete simple daily production worksheets.

Follow simple verbal and written instructions

Follow company safety guidelines, best practices and policies.

Communicate clearly and work well with other team members.

Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

The ability to follow instructions, be dependable, and general warehouse or operating experience is preferred.
