Commercial Construction Project Manager

My client is a very well respected commercial general contractor with strong roots in Washington. They have asked me to find them a strong Project Manager to take on some of their larger projects. This company is regarded as one of the better firms to work for of this size. This PM will be part of a rapidly growing division with excellent opportunity for advancement. They are looking for someone who not only to run projects but also mentor up and coming Project Engineers.

This is a full time position, not a project hire.

Requirements:

• Ground up construction project experience
• Experience managing projects and PE’s
• 4+ years in commercial construction
• Must be technically proficient and comfortbale in the field
• Demonstrable ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
