Summary: Our client is hiring for a Part time help desk assistant to work approximately 20-30 hours a week. Must have strong communication skills, basic IT Help Desk Certification, and experience troubleshooting issues specifically in Microsoft Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Support for user PCs
- Virus remediation
- Company software on user PCs
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows user account issues with lockouts, password updates and changes.
- Maintain inventory of user hardware and peripherals
Qualifications:
- Experience working in Office 365
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to commute into the office when required
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting Windows Desktop and Laptop hardware
