ResponsibilitiesIn this role, responsibilities include:Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver construction projectsActively participates in the design and execution of project safety and quality control activitiesAssumes responsibility for project staffing and budgetary controlsAssists in the bid package development, pre-qualification activities, and budget preparationLeads preconstruction meetings and coordinates answers to RFIsLeads efforts to analyze risk and define schedule related issues, including analysis of long lead materials or equipment which may impact cash flowMaintains relationships with customersAnalyzes and presents project delivery approaches, develops alternative approaches and facilitates implementationOversees project close-out and claim resolutionServes as the primary contact for senior leadership relative to critical business initiativesQualificationsWe are seeking professionals with the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent At least 10
– 15 years of experience construction management experiencePrevious healthcare project experience is requiredWillingness to relocate as neededProficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting cost, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationshipsAbility to interface with a variety of technical and business personnel with courtesy, tact and diplomacyExcellent communication skills (both oral and written) to direct organize and communicate with team members at all levelsExcellent understanding of corporate operations and organizational philosophy.
Must be willing to travel and may be required to relocate.
