Express in Everett is recruiting 50 Customer Service Representatives for a busy call center in Renton.

This is a long-term, evaluation to hire position that starts right away.

A qualified candidate is someone who has previous experience in a call center environment.

Customer Service Representative Location: Renton, WA Pay: Earn $16.10 per hour to start, with a $.50 increase after June 14th.

Schedule: Varies.

Hours of operation are 7:00am-7:00pm Monday-Saturday; candidates will need to be flexible to work any shift within that timeframe Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Answer inbound calls-Perform quality review activities-Research and resolve customer service issues-Make follow up calls to customers-Process and complete forms-Providing superior customer service-Entering data-Other duties as assigned How to be successful: -High school diploma or equivalent-Excellent attendance-Have a high level of data entry experience and strong computer skills-Superior customer service skills-Strong interpersonal skills-Work in a fast-paced environment-Previous experience in a call center/customer service role is strongly preferred-High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment-communicate effectively on the telephone, in person, and in written correspondence-Flexibility and capacity to manage many responsibilities simultaneously-Prioritize workflow, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately-Detail-oriented and highly organized with proven follow-up capabilities Benefits, Perks, and more: -Pay increase after the probationary period-Health insurance-Dental insurance-Vision insurance-Paid Time Off (PTO)-8 paid holidays-Life Insurance-Education Assistance-Short Term Disability (company provided benefit at no cost to employee)-Employee Assistance Program ‘EAP’ (company provided benefit at no cost to employee)-Various Voluntary BenefitsApply today.
