We also offer a cool Activity Gear Loaner Program, discounts on products purchased through Pro Deals, and free Cascades Designs product!We look forward to seeing your application!Job summaryThe primary role of the Medical Dealer Services Rep is to be a main point of contact for Varilite dealer and distributor accounts by responding in a timely manner to e-mail and phone inquiries, providing answers to inquiries, and entering orders for requests for product.

This also includes assisting in account maintenance and open order reporting, assuring smooth order processing from order entry through to customer delivery.

Varilite is a Business Unit of Cascade Designs.Essential job functions* Respond in a timely, professional and positive manner to all inquiries, whether phone, email or fax, regarding Varilite orders or family of products.

This will include, but is not limited to, product availability inquiries, order and shipping status updates, product information and return requests.* Respond to all dealer quotes, general inquires, ASAP orders and international orders within the same business day.* Ensure accuracy of orders, returns, customer accounts, and all other related transactions.

Work with finance, operations, marketing, sales, and shipping/receiving departments to set up and manage accounts, provide necessary reporting, and communicate issues that affect shipment of orders, customer/dealer relationships, and revenue.* Support the shipping department in preparing shipping documents, as well as any other necessary export documents (AES ITN number, SLI, Trade Agreement forms, etc.), for international shipments.* Communicate with distributor shipping teams and/or freight forwarder to arrange ocean container or air freight shipment.* Interface with medical dealers, distributors, therapists, caregivers and end users to process and track orders, revise existing orders and enter ASAP orders the same day they are received.* Process returns and exchanges per department procedures, using proper codes to categorize reason for return correctly.

Proactively communicate persistent quality control issues within the department and to other departments as necessary.* Accurately file daily sales orders and POs per department procedures.* Cross train within the Dealer Services Department to gain an understanding of all aspects of the position and to cover territories of the other Dealer Services Rep.* Establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, outside sales reps, distributors and all other contact with which you interact while maintaining exceptional service.* Prioritize daily tasks and projects to accomplish job duties on time and with a high level of accuracy.* Maintain CDI’s procedures and reputation with quality service.Minimum requirements* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred* Strong organizational and problem solving skills, flexibility and the ability to work independently* Capacity to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of dealers, reps, and consumers on a wide range of issues.* Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service approach* Good computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing and MS Office Suite* Background in the medical industry a plus* Knowledge and familiarity with Cascade Designs family of products and the outdoor industry a plus.* Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality recordOther DutiesThis is intended to describe the general nature and level of work done by people assigned to this job.
