Call Center Sales Representative – $2K Sign on Bonus*

As a Telephone Sales Representative, you will sell high value products such as appliance maintenance agreements to customers of Sears and other clients. Job Duties:

• Contacts customers via telephone and attempts to sell product Maintenance and Protection Agreements
• Delivers a sales presentation that is partially scripted, using ad-libs as needed
• Offers the best value for the customer in terms of price and applicable discounts
• Fields questions and overcomes specific objections raised by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to be assertive, self-motivated, and possess drive
• Basic computer skills
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to multitask through various systems
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Age requirement: 16+ (must be in school and able to work required hours within state guidelines)

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience
• Minimum of 1 year Sales experience (preferably in a call center environment)
• Bilingual a plus but not required
