Client Service Representative

Trans Ova Genetics

This is a Full-time position in Richland, WA posted May 13, 2021.

Reports to: Client Service ManagerPosition Purpose: Be an advocate for our client s needs and professionally represent Trans Ova Genetics. Consult our clients by providing sound advice and developing a service plan to best meet the needs of our client s operations. Partner with our external and internal clients to create an atmosphere of continual improvement.Key Responsibilities:AdvocateRespond to client requests within 24 hours.Understand individual client goals / needs in order to recommend the best product and service.Determine needed information required to meet client needs and effectively communicate information and coordinate resources to production teams.Effectively communicate results to clients within 24 hours.Work with clients to find win/win solutions to issues that may arise.Effectively communicate across teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement better processes, and maintain an environment of accountability.ConsultDevelop knowledge base and relationships with production teams to allow for sound advice, production adjustments, and success for our clients in meeting their goals.Assist with the collection of accounts receivable, customer service agreements, and organization of cattle/embryo/semen movements.Work with clients to make the necessary production adjustments needed to meet their production goals.PartnerBuild relationships with external and internal clients that will facilitate an environment of trust, loyalty, and honest communication.Follow Trans Ova Genetics policies and procedures.Maintain a professional image reflective of Trans Ova Genetics values including, but not limited to appearance, dress, conversations and decision making.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Education Requirements:Bachelor s Degree required.3 to 5 years of experience in an agricultural related field is preferred.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:The position will generally be in an indoor office environment. Occasional travel may be required (Other skills/experience:Knowledge of the bovine industry and bovine reproduction highly desired.Background and experience in the dairy or beef industry is preferred.Proficiency with a computer including Excel, Power Point and Word are required.High degree of professionalism.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Ability to work with limited supervision.Strong client focus in person, on the phone, and with electronic communication.
