Also includes answering phones and scheduling. Shifts are rotating 4/10’s.  Pay starts at $18.50/hour plus bonuses based on customer service scores.ResponsibilitiesOversee flow of Express Service.Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.Manage repair orders and cars as the work through the shop for maintenance.Growth OpportunitiesGrowth opportunities for someone in this role are up to the employee’s strengths and goals. The most common promotion from an Express/Customer Service Advisor is to a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or Assistant Service Manager (all very similar in role with minor differences).
